You list your container drayage request on the PTTR LoadBoard, including key info: port location, container size/type, pickup window, delivery address (such as a warehouse or storage facility), and any special requirements (e.g., TWIC card, chassis needed, reefer units).
Our platform filters and shows your job only to verified, nearby carriers who meet port-entry and equipment criteria. These drivers know port procedures, minimizing idle time and gate delays.
Once a carrier accepts the job, both parties confirm details through the platform. Pickup time and delivery windows are synced in real time with geo-fencing triggers, ensuring all parties stay informed.
Your assigned carrier handles container pickup, chassis hookup (if needed), and gate-out from the terminal. You get live tracking updates as they head toward the destination—no guesswork or manual status checks.
At the storage location, the carrier confirms drop-off with a digital signature, time stamp, and optional POD photo. The system marks the load as complete and stores all documentation for download or invoicing.
