  • Carrier Identification: Carrier name, DOT number, MC number, and vehicle registration details.
  • Drivers Information: The load drivers’ names, license numbers, ELD data, and contact information for communication between us and the broker members.
  • Equipment and Fleet Details: Vehicle type, load capacity, equipment certificates, and inspection history.
  • Financial Details: Bank details for payments, invoicing information, and tax identification numbers.
  • Tracking and Geolocation Data: GPS coordinates, route data, and real-time tracking for active loads.
  • Platform Usage Data: Data on dashboard use, load availability, and trip history for service enhancement.

Note: If you have opted for Combo Membership, then both Broker Membership and Carrier Membership are applicable to you—making you a dual member.

2.1. General Users

2.2.2. Safety Compliance and Monitoring

The details of the driver and also the vehicle (Including ELD data, license numbers, and inspection history) may be used to adhere to verification compliance with US federal and state regulations.

2.2.3. Transaction and Payment Management

The financial details, such as bank account information, invoicing details, and tax identification numbers, are used to process payments for completed loads.

2.2.4. Real-Time Load Tracking and Communication

We use your personal and business information to check the legitimacy and compliance with the industry standards (both present and future) on our platform.

2.3.3. Transaction and Payment Management

The financial information, including invoicing details, tax identification numbers (TIN or EIN), and payment methods, is used to process payments for services rendered and completed loads.

2.3.4. Communication and Coordination with Carriers

Your contact information (such as email, phone number, and other communication channels) may/might be used as a reference to interact directly with carriers or brokers.
